UPDATE 3: It was reported by FOX news that Britney was found under the influence of some unknown substance. No word on what exactly is was.
UPDATE 2: Britney has been taken to the ambulance for a "mental evaluation", according to Page Six. They do this JUST NOW?! What took them so long?
UPDATE: Brit Brit is refusing to turn over the kids to Kevin Federline, and at this point the choppers, fire trucks, and the ambulance are at the house.
TMZ also reports: "We've learned Spears has refused to turn her two sons back over to their daddy tonight, as ordered by the court. LAPD tells us they've been called to the home to deal with the family custody dispute.
Sources confirm to TMZ that K-Fed's attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan was at Britney's home earlier, but has since left."
