Heather Mills is too exhausted for celebrating her 40th Birthday today. Heather basically said that she was broke, stressed out, and felt like crap, therefore she has nothing to celebrate. Broke? She didn't act like she was broke when she blew thousands on a New Year's party.
Friends (yeah, she actually has some of those) say that she is just pissy about turning 40.
Heather is the maker of her own problems. She insists on making an ass out of herself on TV, than plays the victim by blaming the media and Paul McCartney for her troubles. That is so Ann Coulter of her.
